Last month during Paris Déco Off, Loro Piana Interiors unveiled their 2024 collection, an event that marked their expansion into bespoke services in interior design. The brand, historically celebrated as the foremost leader in cashmere, has applied its focus on craftsmanship, quality, and style into the world of interiors. “The expansion of our bespoke services lets us create complete, inimitable interior decoration projects, spaces that say something about us in every room,” says Francesco Pergamo, director of the Loro Piana Interiors division.

Cristián Mohaded designed a furniture collection for Loro Piana Interiors inspired by nature and sustainable design that includes sofas, stools, benches, and tables artistically crafted to resemble stones using tactile materials.

The new collection is anchored in the use of luxurious fabrics, serving as the foundation of their offerings. The collection caters to personalization across the home and includes items like embroidered tablecloths, honeycomb and sablé cotton fabrics for the bathroom, and cashmere-blended bedding in addition to its line of furniture that was announced last year during Milan Design Week.

A wide range of sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers in organic cotton and linen and cotton and cashmere were shown.

Among the new developments in fabrics, the collection features cashmere transformed into a warm tweed ideal for curtains or upholstery and a combination of cotton and hemp for a rustic look.

The outdoor fabrics in the collection are produced with Trevira—a weather-resistant and flame-proof material made with high percentages of recycled fiber.

“The foundation of our collections is always the textiles, the hallmark of our excellence. For 2024, with a view towards personalization, we’re focusing on the finest linens and cottons, and of course wherever possible a touch of cashmere, which is the essence of our DNA,” says Francesco Pergamo.
