After hours of careful listening and dozens of tweaks and adjustments, Yoshinori Ogata, Marantz sound master, is satisfied. Melding timeless style with innovative sound, the most recent Marantz offering, fine-tuned by the master himself, is the Model 30, an integrated amplifier that delivers an enhanced audio experience with a design to match.

Marantz has roots worldwide, with designers everywhere from California to Japan to the Netherlands. With a worldly perspective and years of precedent-setting audio design under its wings, Marantz created the Model 30 to pay homage to the brand’s history while delivering a piece of audio architecture that contributes something new and exciting to their offerings.

The new Model 30 is a continuation of everything fans have come to expect from Marantz—pure sound quality, architectural symmetry, and longevity—while forging a contemporary style and heightened technology designed to hold up to time.

“Folks who purchased a Marantz product in 1970 still often have those units, not just because they’re still working, but because they offer an evergreen design standard that stands the test of time. Model 30 adheres to that philosophy of longevity. No matter the environment Model 30 may find itself in, its design is complementary and elevates its surroundings,” says Symon Whitehorn, vice president of ID/UX at Marantz.

The Model 30 combines luxurious design with top-of-the-line audio technologies to create a musical experience that is both audible and visual. The visual design of the amplifier along with innovative technologies all add up to a stunning product. “We think this combination of heritage and future-facing decisions results in a product that simultaneously pays homage to the brand’s outstanding legacy while still moving it forward,” Symon says.
