Carmela Zumbado

Carmela, originally from Miami, and her two sisters, Marisela and Gigi, are all actors. After Carmela landed her first role, a small part with Melissa McCarthy in Identity Thief, the sisters made a decision—they would make acting their full-time careers. “It was a group decision,” she says. “My sisters have always been more supportive than competitive. It’s more of a cheerleader atmosphere.”

Although Carmela doesn’t consider herself a big shopper, she considers herself “fashion curious,” and admits she isn’t always up on new trends. When the sisters did their first red carpet walk and were asked who they were wearing, they replied with confidence, “Lulu and Katie” and strutted by. (Lulu and Katie are Marisela’s dogs.)
